GW4隔離開(kāi)關(guān)觸指彈簧更換工具的設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:針對(duì)GW4 型戶外隔離開(kāi)關(guān)觸指彈簧手工更換難度大、耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)、觸指片易損壞、檢修人員易受傷的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種GW4 型隔離開(kāi)關(guān)觸指彈簧更換專用工具。設(shè)計(jì)方案采用雙向壓縮法,選擇三角型裝置壓縮彈簧,通過(guò)上部加裝螺栓及底部焊接金屬條方式固定C 型金屬板,并使用45# 鋼鐵制作工具。與傳統(tǒng)手工工作方法相比,所設(shè)計(jì)工具縮短了觸指彈簧更換時(shí)間,提高了工作效率,并且可避免觸指片損壞及對(duì)檢修人員人身傷害。

Design of Special Tool for Replacing Contact Finger Spring of GW4 Disconnector

Abstract: In allusion to the tough issues about manually replacing the contact finger spring of GW4 disconnector, a special tool was designed to prevent contact finger damage and personal injury as well as reducing replacement time. The designing scheme adopted the idea of biaxial compression and chose the trigonal fixture to compress the spring. The C-type metal plate was clamped by mounting bolt on the top and welding metal bars on the bottom. No. 45 steel was used to manufacture the tool. Compared to the traditional manual method, the developed tool reduced the replacement time of the contact finger spring, improved the work efficiency and prevented the contact finger damage as well as the personal injury effectively.
