    基于IEEE Std 80-2000的風電場升壓站接地網(wǎng)設計

        摘 要:合理的接地網(wǎng)設計對于人身和設備的安全起著至關重要的作用。介紹了國外變電站和發(fā)電廠接地網(wǎng)設計常用的《交流變電站接地安全導則》IEEE Std 80-2000。基于該標準,對巴基斯坦某風電場132 kV 升壓站接地網(wǎng)設計展開研究,計算了升壓站接地電阻、跨步電勢、接觸電勢、地電位升高,并通過利用降阻措施有效解決了跨步電勢不能滿足要求的問題。

    Grounding Grid Design of Wind Power Plant Booster Station Based on IEEE Std 80-2000

        Abstract: A reasonable grounding grid design is critical to the safety of persons and equipment. Introduction was made to the IEEE Std 80-2000 which was widely used in the design of foreign substations and grounding grid of power plants. Based on the standard, this paper carried out research on the ground grid design of a 132 kV booster station of certain wind power plant in Pakistan and calculated the grounding resistances, step potential, touch potential and grounding potential rise. The problem that the step potential cannot meet the requirement is solved by adopting a resistance reduction strategy.
