        摘 要:采用圖形化建模方法,基于Delphi 設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了包括配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)配置整定、保護(hù)理論培訓(xùn)與考核功能的中壓配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)整定培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用模塊化的編程設(shè)計(jì)思想,實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)繼保原理以及整定培訓(xùn),并能檢驗(yàn)所完成整定保護(hù)的動(dòng)作特性,具有交互性好、導(dǎo)航清晰的特點(diǎn),能使繼保從業(yè)人員快速掌握配電網(wǎng)繼保整定導(dǎo)則、相關(guān)理論以及整定過(guò)程步驟,熟悉保護(hù)特性,有效提高技能培訓(xùn)效果。

    Design of Medium Voltage Distribution Network Protection Setting Training System

        Abstract: The graphical modeling method was used to design a medium voltage distribution network relay protection setting training system, which was based on Delphi, including distribution network protection configuration setting training function, relay protection theory training and examination function. The system used the modular programming idea to realize the distribution network relay setting theory training as well as the simulation of the process of the protection action, and verified the characteristics of relay protection, with the features of good interactivity and clear navigation, which makes employees grasp the guidelines of distribution network relay protection, the related theory and setting process quickly, familiarizing the protection characteristics, so as to improve training effect effectively.
