    架空輸電線路中的銅鋁電化學(xué)腐蝕效應(yīng)分析

        摘 要:針對(duì)一起500 kV 線路導(dǎo)線斷線故障,通過對(duì)感應(yīng)電流檢測(cè)和計(jì)算、線夾溫升試驗(yàn)、工作接地線材質(zhì)分析等,確定了該導(dǎo)線斷線故障的原因是銅線夾和鋁導(dǎo)線長(zhǎng)期處于強(qiáng)酸雨區(qū)的潮濕環(huán)境中構(gòu)成了電化學(xué)腐蝕,最終形成了擊穿放電,并導(dǎo)致導(dǎo)線被電弧燒斷。提出在酸雨地區(qū)優(yōu)先選用鋁合金材質(zhì)線夾,如果選用銅材質(zhì)線夾則要經(jīng)常檢查導(dǎo)線表面是否存在腐蝕情況等措施來(lái)防止電化學(xué)腐蝕導(dǎo)致的故障再次發(fā)生。

    Analysis of Copper-Aluminum Galvanic Corrosion Effect in Overhead Transmission Lines

        Abstract: In allusion to a case of 500 kV circuit conductor fracture fault, the induction current was measured and calculated, the clamp temperature rise experiments were carried out and the ingredients of the ground wires were analyzed. This paper confirmed that the copper clamp and aluminium conductor in strong acid rain for a long time were the conductor fracture fault causes to form the galvanic corrosion and disruptive discharge, so as to lead to the electric arc burnout of conductors. This paper proposed that in acid rainy area aluminium alloy ingredient clamp could be selected preferentially and if the copper ingredient clamp was chosen, the surface of conductors needed examining frequently to find whether they had galvanic corrosion or not to prevent the malfunction caused by galvanic corrosion.
