高壓直流換流閥晶閘管結(jié)溫計算研究

摘 要:針對串聯(lián)水路的換流閥組件中各級晶閘管結(jié)溫的差異,建立了閥組件晶閘管結(jié)溫計算等效模型,利用PSCAD/EMTDC 仿真軟件對各級晶閘管結(jié)溫進行仿真求解,找出一個閥組件中結(jié)溫最高的晶閘管;對結(jié)溫最高的晶閘管兩側(cè)散熱器中心區(qū)域開槽,埋置測溫光纖,在合成試驗平臺上進行最大連續(xù)運行負荷試驗,并從所測得的散熱器臺面最高溫度對晶閘管結(jié)溫進行校核,結(jié)溫校核結(jié)果表明,閥組件晶閘管結(jié)溫計算等效模型具有較高的準確性。

Calculation Research of Thyristor’s Junction Temperature with High Voltage Direct Current Converter Valve

Abstract: In allusion to the differences between various levels of thyristor’s junction temperature in converter valve module of cool water route with series connection, this paper established the valve module’s thyristor junction temperature calculation equivalent model. The simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC was used to carry out the solution for all levels of thyristor’s junction temperature to get the highest thyristor’s junction temperature in single valve module. The center area of heat sink at two sides of the highest thyristor’s junction temperature was slotted to embed the temperature measuring optical fiber to carry out the load test of maximum continuous operation in synthetic test platform. The thyristor’s junction temperature was checked by the measured highest temperature on heat sink table-board. The check result of junction temperature shows that the valve module’s thyristor junction temperature calculation equivalent model has high accuracy.
